Her task is to ensure that the systemic nature of the construction does not limit the client''s vision, but only optimizes it for long-term energy efficiency and individual design.
Logistics and assembly coordinator
Our logistician does not just plan transport. He is responsible for ensuring that every element reaches the construction site in the correct sequence and time – minimizing delays and assembly time. His professionalism guarantees that the frame assembly takes only 7-14 days.
Finishing crew manager
He ensures that the transition from shell and core to "turnkey" standard meets the highest aesthetic and functional standards (e.g., bathroom installation, kitchenettes, joinery details). He is the guarantor that the designer''s vision becomes a reality in detail.

Cutting and prefabrication master (factory)
This is the heart of the factory. Responsible for the accuracy of every structural element (in accordance with the 1:1 design) and the calibration of CNC machines. Thanks to him, the finished modules fit together on the construction site with millimeter precision, eliminating errors before they appear.
Prefabricated structure assembly crew (construction site)
These are our craftsmen on the battlefield. They are specialists in timber frame assembly. Their experience and consistency guarantee that the prefabricated elements will result in an airtight, stable, and thermally excellent house. They are responsible for the crucial, fast, and flawless assembly of the frame, which takes only 7-14 days.
Finishing and installation coordinator
The last and most important quality filter. He ensures that the transition from shell and core to "turnkey" standard meets the highest aesthetic and functional standards. He manages the finishing team and installers, ensuring that the designer''s vision becomes a reality in the smallest detail.
